Today's Featured Release is the new album, released today, from Minuit, Find Me Before I Die A Lonely Death dot com.
For the album they teamed up with UK producer Andy Chatterley to hone a sound for first single and album opener Wayho. Studded with delightful buzz and hum, this tune mixes chirpy with apocalyptic.
As much at home recording lo-fi indie or programming beats for the hip-hop elite, Chatterley also has sessions for Kanye West, remixes for Blondie, Muse and Peter, Bjorn & John under his belt. The rest of the album was mixed by Ryan Beehre (AKA FunknSlocuts), and produced by Minuit. It weaves its way into the vibrant underbelly of a world you'd usually have to apply for a visa for.
The coy persona of enigmatic front woman Ruth Carr ignites and intrigues, while band mates Ryan Beehre and Paul Dodge deliver an inventive indie arsenal which never loses sight of the desire to create fantastic songs.

Shayne Carter has been in the studio for over a year working on the follow-up to Dimmer's acclaimed third album There My Dear and the result is one of the most potent recordings of his remarkable career.
Preceded by the snarling melodic brilliance of the singles Degrees of Existence and Cold Water, the latter currently searing across the airwaves, this Dimmer album promises to meet the exacting standards of one of the finest New Zealand groups of recent times.
Inducted to the exclusive membership of the NZ Music Hall of Fame at last year's Tui Awards with his other most famous act, Straitjacket Fits, Shayne Carter is a man whose incredible music has helped shape the story of NZ song since he emerged in the fertile Dunedin scene of the late 1970s.
Degrees Of Existence will be released on 27 July through Warner Music supported by four North Island shows.
